Administration Modules

PortfolioPro's Administration Modules offers Administrators access to the relevant back office functionality and allows them to set up security and user roles. Management of clients, users, statements and other input variables are easily set up and managed.

  • Management Fees - allows administrator of the different management fee scales, structures, calculation methods and etc. The Fees module provides a rule based system whereby the Fees Manager/Administrator can choose to create a number rules for virtually any type of financial market parameter on a variety of scales and calculation methodologies. They can then select which rules to include or exclude for each client’s fee calculation. It also manages the day to day running of management fees calculations and uploads the data using a workflow based system onto the appropriate counterpart e.g. BDA.
  • Management Fees Approval - works with the Management Fees module. After management fees have been calculated, users can change fees and then approve or reject fees.
  • Intermediaries Admin - allows users to manage intermediaries, calculate different values such as fixed amounts, percentage of brokerage and percentage of fees, auto rollovers, approvals and uploads.
  • Income Distribution Admin - caters for payments to clients using predefined formulae. Provides authorisation screens and reports of payments made. Also uses workflows to.
  • Authorisations - allows for the controlling and logging of changes to client information like address changes and new management fee structures.
  • Client Admin – controls client account mappings, clients details. It also control CIM fields and schema’s.
  • Instrument Administration* – allows the administrator to manually add, edit and remove instruments including their source, sectors, currency, current price and type.
  • Currency Rates Administration* – allows the administrator to manually add, edit and remove exchange rates for both current use and historical calculations.
  • Risk rules and Settings – allows the administrator to control which risk rules are applied to each user and session. Also to upload new custom risk rule modules.
  • Statement Templates – allows the administrator to setup the statement and report templates to be applied to all formal reports. E.g. Letter head logos, Headers, footers, etc.      

 * These modules also have automated systems if a known source is available
